Logistics team

The Logistics team is responsible for supporting our customers' order fulfilment needs in the EMEA region, as well as providing stock to our global stocking locations in North America, APAC & CALA regions. The team is also responsible for overseeing our supply chain logistics, and ensuring that components and production materials arrive at our third-party manufacturer's site in a timely manner in order to keep to our strict production schedule.

“Every day is different. Most of my time is spent developing and implementing processes with the aim of optimizing the efficiency of our global logistics team. Aside from this, I spend a lot of time problem solving, responding to customer queries, providing training to logistics staff members and ensuring StarLeaf complies with import/export laws worldwide.”


The finance team is based at the Croxley office and is divided into several sections including core accounting, cash management, financial planning and analysis, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Our aim is to support internal and external stakeholders on all financial matters and help the business achieve their goals. In 2019, the team doubled in size and will continue to grow as the business grows.

Business Support and Facilities

Our role covers many areas, from ensuring the working environment is safe and pleasant, to arranging logistics for training and events, through to making sure there is always fresh fruit in the kitchen. Every day is varied and full of new challenges.
