What part of your role are you most passionate about?

In the Sales Operations team, I cover many regions such as the Nordics, the Benelux and also some areas in the Middle East and Africa. My favorite aspect of my job is to work with people from different countries and cultures. I find it fascinating how we bring StarLeaf to remote areas and we help people there to connect with the rest of the world.

If I had to name the most memorable project that I have participated in then I would say it was selling our technology to a Greenlandic government organization. I’ve found it fascinating to help the Nordic team to make this deal happen by assisting them throughout the whole process. It was a long journey from preparing the first quote through to when our equipment was installed at the customer’s site. Answering the first test call from Greenland was truly rewarding.

What does a day in the life of a Sales Operations Executive at StarLeaf look like?

Order processing, preparing quotes, answering ad hoc queries, preparing reports, assisting with demos.
