Since the novel coronavirus was first identified in January 2020, the outbreak has turned from a concern to a pandemic, and the way we work has shifted alongside. Many organizations have had to move at speed to remote working for the majority of their employees, and in some cases overnight. It’s been a pivotal shift in the way we all work, and video meetings have been an essential part of this, ensuring business continuity and supporting new ways of working.
